I know, yet another Electronic Dance Music Blog. However, this one is slightly different from the norm; it’s a showcase of DJs from Tasmania.

Where?

You know, that place where that fictional Devil comes from. It’s not the only awesome thing we have either; we have great food, wine, beer, fantastic wilderness and a brilliantly diverse group of local DJs playing everything from Vocal House through to Hardstyle with all the bases in between covered.

We will try to get a mix a week up for your enjoyment. You’ll find all of my Mixes all share common names depending on their style, I’ll explain them as we go. I do this because I suck at coming up with new names for mixes. If you are looking for mixes based on genre I’ll be tagging them up as we go for the trainspotters.

I’m providing the first mix; it’s a Late Night Deep. LND’s can be anything from minimal (mnml?) to deeper electro sounds, but the underlying theme is they all sound best on headphones, late at night, when it feels like it is only you and the music left in the whole world.
