Hey gang!
Firstly, apologies for being quiet lately, things have been a bit hectic. However, I have something special to make it up to you (and I’m currently recording a few mix ideas on my days off, so I’ll make up for the silence!)

Today’s mix comes from Syrup resident StNick. He’s the local exponent of what I call the ‘US House’ sound, or ‘Jackin’ House.’ For the non-genre types out there this is a good chance to get exposed to this distinct style of House. Nick described his mix like this:

“And they named him b00mpty” was meant to be a laid back mix of cruisy Jackin’ House.. stuff that would have been more at home in a cafe than on the dancefloor. I kinda got carried away, playing old stuff and new stuff, and wathcing the BPMs climb!”

He got carried away all right; the mix is nearly 2 hours long, and he got so in the groove he forgot to get all the tracknames! When you listen you will see why. If you are after a particular trackname leave a comment and I’ll get StNick to check in regularly.
He was kind enough to give me another mix too; that one will be available soon.
